A: I don’t provide social media management services, as this is a specialised field. My focus is on digital support, website maintenance, SEO, and online presence optimisation. I can, however, provide guidance on best practices or point you in the direction of a trusted social media specialist if needed.
Q: Do you work with small businesses?
A: Absolutely! My services are designed to be affordable and practical for small businesses, helping you look professional online without the big agency price tag.
Q: Do you work with Square/Wix/Shopify... etc?
A: I specalise in WordPress, but have worked with a wide range of platforms—Square, Wix, Shopify, and more—and haven’t met one I couldn’t work with! If you happen to have a more obscure system, I’m happy to take a look and see how I can help.
Q: What are your rates?
A: I charge an hourly rate for my digital support services, which allows flexibility depending on your needs. I can also work on a contract basis for ongoing projects. I aim to provide affordable solutions that suit small businesses, so you get professional support without breaking the budget.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support or just one-off fixes?
A: I offer both! You can hire me hourly for small tasks, or we can set up a contract for ongoing digital support tailored to your business needs.
Q: Can you help if my website is broken or has technical issues?
A: Yes! I can troubleshoot and resolve many common website issues. If a more complex fix is needed, I’ll liaise with developers or technical teams to get things running smoothly.
Q: Do you provide content creation or copywriting?
A: Yes, I provide copywriting services for best SEO practices.
Q: Can you help improve my online visibility?
A: Definitely. I work on SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, and other strategies to make your business easier to find online and stand out for the right reasons.
